BEGINNING at a point on the east line of Emlyn Lane, said point being
the southwest corner of Lot 41; thence along the south line of Lot 41
South 74 degrees, 44 minutes, 00 seconds East a distance of 200.00 feet
to a point on the west line of South Market Street, L.R. 416, thence
along the south line of South Market Street, L.R. 416 South 15 degrees,

thence along the north line of residual lands of now or formerly Fred L.
