R.J. Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Claimant"), files this
Mechanic's Lien Claim against Friendly's Ice Cream.Corp.,.("Owners''),.and againsLthe
building hereafter described and the curtilage appurtenant thereto for payment of a debt
due Claimant as a SuhcOntractOl: in the erection, construction, alteration or repair of
electrical systems to the "Property" (as defmed below). The following is a statement of
the claimofRJ. Technologies,Inc.
1. The name of the Claimant i!lR.J. Technologies, Inc. a.DelawareBusiness
Corporation, with its principal office at 5091 Ore Bank Rd., York, Pa.
17406.
2. The name and address of theOwners at the time of furnishing the lahor,
goods, materials, and structures and the attaching of the lien therefor is:

4. Claimant last has completed all work and change orders, and has not
returned due-to completiorrofconstruction.
5. The Claimant contracted with Penn Construction Management Corp., 325
Eastern Drive,. Suite #1, Harrisburg, Plk I7Ll I to a written contractto
supply labor, goods, materials, and structures at the property situated at
Friendly's Restaurant Store_#1248, Walnut Bottom Road, Carlis1e,Pa.
17013 (herein the "Property").
6. The nature and character of the. materials and labor furnished pursuant to
the contract were all materials necessary for the electrical construction of
the Property, and including but notJimited to signed change orders
approved by Keith Kotchey, a representative of Friendly's Ice Cream
Corp. to the installation of circuits to rooftop units, additional lights,
circuits to signage, additional phone/data jacks, emergency lighting and
exit signs, crrcuitsfor casluegistersand computers and repair existing
lighting. The price charged for the materials and labor, specifically set
furth in Prime Contractamonnt of$19,3oo.00 for additional charges for
change orders totaling $10,139.94 as stated above.
7. An initial payment of$I7,977.00 was paid to Claimant on November 27,
1999 by Penn Construction Management Corp., check #4151 as a result of
work that was performed on prime contract. A second payment of
$8432.94 was made to Claimant on February 7, 2000 by Penn
Construction Management Corp., check #00045 17 RSa result of work that
was performed on approved change orders.

8. The amount claimed to be due for the labor, goods, materials, structures,
and cbangeordersis $3010,00, pins interest at the rate_of one percent (1%)
per month on the nnpaid balance due, a one percent penalty fee and cost of
attorneys fees and expenses per P-ennsylvania statute governing payment
to contractors and subcontractors Act 7 of 1994.
9.. The labor, goocls,..materials and structures, were continnously thrnj"heliin
and about the Property subject to the lien, which is situated at Friendly's
Restaurant Store # 124&, Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Pa. 17013.
WHEREFORE, Claimant claims to have a lien upon the premises herein
described in the amount of $1010.00, plus interest at the rate of one percent (1%)
per month and one percent (1%) penalty fee the date hereof, plus costs against
Owners and the premises.
