The Default Judgment is being entered for failure to make payments in accordance with an Agreement and Note, dated February 3,1999, the original of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Exhibit "A" is attached hereto pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 2951(a)(2)(I).
