STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Richard j. Vrabel and Kathleen V. Vrabel, of Pennsylvania, is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Artistech, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation of 4004 Glenfinnan Place, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Plan'
prepared by Advantage Engineering Services, dated May 1, 1998 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 77, Page 95, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in southern right-of-way line of East Countryside Drive
at corner of Lot No. 44 on Plan of Misty Meadows; thence along Lot No. 44 South 02
degrees 41 minutes 11 seconds West, 212.02 feet to a point; thence along lands now or
formerly of Paul W. Strayer South 83 degrees 02 minutes 08 seconds West, 91.29 feet to a
point at Lot No. 46; thence along Lot No. 46 North 02 degrees 41 minutes 11 seconds East
227.33 feet to a point in southern right-of-way line of East Countryside Drive; thence along
East Countryside Drive South 87 degrees 18 minutes 49 seconds East 90.00 feet to a point,
the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 19,770.94 square feet and designated as Lot No. 45 on the Plan
of Misty Meadows.
NOW, the 0..., '\ ~ day of March, 2000, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Richard j. Vrabel and Kathleen V. Vrabel, to the said Artistech, Inc., a Pennsylvania,
Corporation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in

consideration of the making of the said contract with Artistech, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Artistech, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation paid by Richard J. Vrabel and Kathleen V. Vrabel, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
