CLAIM FOR MECHANICS' LIEN
AND NOW, TO WIT, this 29th day of March, 2000, comes Claimant, Hanson
Renovations, Inc., by and through its counsel, Countess Gilbert Andrews, pursuant to,the
Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, Pub. L. No. 1175, No. 497, S503 (pa. Stat. Ann. S 1503), and files
this claim against the improvements and property at 2202 Hastings Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the payment of a debt due to claimant as a contractor for
labor and materials furnished by claimant in the alteration, repair, erection, and/m construction
of the improvements on said property. In support of the claim, Claimant makes the following
statement:

The owner of the property in question is Kelley J. Raap Enterprises, Inc., with an address
at 12 Bold Ruler Circle, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania.
2.
The improvements and the property which are the subject of this claim include the
erection and/or construction of a new residence and improvements thereon located on the
property listed as 2202 Hastings Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The labor and materials for which the debt is due were furnished for the agreed sum of
$13,554.11, a sum to cover construction and labor costs for the previously mentioned new
residence constructed on the property listed as 2202 Hastings Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4.
Claimant, Hanson Renovations, Inc., agreed to furnish the necessary labor and materials
pursuant to an oral contract between Claimant and Owner to construct said residence and the
improvements thereon as listed below. Owner owes Claimant the sum of $13,554.11 evidenced
by invoices dated January 8, 2000, February 7,2000, February 21,2000, March 1, 2000, and
March 27,2000, respectively, copies of which are attached as Exhibit "A" through Exhibit "E,"
respectively.

The labor and materials furnished consisted of the following:
(a) Labor: approximately 257 hours of work in connection with the construction of the
residence, including, but not limited to, the installation of interior drywall inside the
residence and the garage in addition to the installation of siding on the eltterior of the
house including all soffits, facia, siding, flashing, and clean-up.
(b) Materials: all materials needed for the construction ofthe residence and the above-
referenced improvements thereon, including, but not limited to, 210 sheets of drywall,
20 buckets of joint compound, 1 box of drywall tape, 3 cases of adhesive, screws,
nails, and cornerbread.

Claimant completed its work at the property on March 27,2000, which is less than four
(4) months before the filing of this claim.
7.
Claimant has been paid $00 towards the above-referenced debt due Claimant for the
stated labor and materials, and there is due and owing a balance of$13,554.1l, for which claim
is made of$13,554.11.
