Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the

CENTRAL PA BUILDERS, INC., a Pennsylvania buisness
corporation,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
THOMAS J. SCHIMMER and TINA E. SCHIMMER,
husband and wife,
, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family dwelling house
on that certain lot of ground situate in
in ttie Township of Silver Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot
No. 23 as shoWn on the plan of Enchanted Hills as recorded in the Office of the
Recorder ot)Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 76,
Page 37 ,'itnd as more fully described in deed from Greater Keystone Properties, Inc.
to the Owners dated March 7, 2000, and recorded in the Recorder's Office aforesaid
in D~ed Book 217, Page 0324.
NOW THEREFORlj:, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,for and in consideration of
the SUm of($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof .",hereby
acknowledged. and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid. for themselves' a~:d their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liel1,s/ Of. claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtena"t
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for. towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above ,described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly' waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or ariy of
them. and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
