NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed between the "Owner" and "Contractor" as part of
the aforesaid contract and for the consideration herein set forth thatneither the "Contractor" nor any "Sub-
Contractor" or person furnishing labor or materials to the "Contractor" for the performance of the contract with
the "Owner" shall file a mechanics' lien against the building or the land for the work and materials done or
furnished or on any part thereof.
