is about to execute contemporOlMously herewith, a contract, with TNT Constructi on
of Mi 11 erstown PennsyivaAua,
for the erection of a two story addition to dwe1li!Jtt,gilding upon a lot of land situate
in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southwest corner of the interesection of Second and
High Streets; thence southwardly along the western line of Second Street one hundred
nine (109) feet, more or less, to a point in the northern line of Lot No. 64, Section
"B", on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence westwardly along the northern
line of Lot #64, Section "B", seventy-two and three hundred twenty-five one-thousandths
(72.325) feet to a point in the center line of Lot No. 65, Section "B"; thence northwardly
along the center line of Lot No. 65, Section "B", one hundred nine (109) feet, more or
less, to a point in the southern line of High Street; thence eastwardly along the southen
line of High Street seventy-two and three hundred twenty-five one-thousandths (72.325)
feet to a point,the place of beginning.
BEING the eastern one-half of Lot No. 65, Section "B" on the Plan of Lots known
as Summerda1e, Pennsylvania, said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No.1, Page 44; Revised
Plan book No.2, Page 109.
HAVING thereon erected a one-story insu1-brick bungalow fronting on High Street,
and known as 201 High Street.
BEING the same premises which the Orphan's Court of Cumberland County (NO. 21"77-
158) by DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE dated December 20, 1977, and recorded December 20,
1977, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book
1-27, Page 724, awarded to Ardon Paul Beahm,from the Estate of Paul William Beahm.
