PETITION FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW comes the Petitioner, Michael L. Failor, Jr., by his attorneys, Irwin,
McKnight & Hughes, and presents the following Petition for Custody.
1.
The Petitioner is Michael L. Failor, Jr., an adult individual residing at 967B West Old
York Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2.
The Respondent is Kristina Farner, an adult individual residing at 655 Green Spring
Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.
3.
The parties are the natural parents of one child, namely, Kiara L. Failor, born September
17, 1999.
4.
Petitioner has concerns regarding the well-being of the infant child during overnight stays
with Respondent.

Petitioner is available to care for infant child each evening and overnight every day of the
week.
6.
Petitioner desires primary physical custody of the child and shared legal custody with
periods of visitation to Respondent as can be mutually arranged between the parties.
7.
The best interests and permanent welfare of the child require that primary physical and
primary legal custody of the child be as provided above.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Michael L. Failor, If., respectfully requests that he be
awarded primary physical custody and primary legal custody of the children as provided herein.
