MUNICIPAL CLAIM
AND NOW, comes the claimant, TOWNSHIP OF HAMPDEN, by the President of
its Board of Commissioners, who files the following claim against, Robert Mraz and Robert
Riley, all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and
described as follows:

Parcel No: 205
for sewer services rendered from 01/01/98 to 04/01/00. Said services were rendered
pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $555.86 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 04/01/00 and for which sum,
with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of October 29, 198!, P.L. 319, No. 113, as amended.
