WHEREAS, Charter Horres Building Company, a Pennsylvania Co:r:poration of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Company, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necess~y
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of g=und
located Falkstone Drive, Lot 541, The Highlands of Ha:rrpden Square, Phase VII,
Ha:rrpden Township, CUmberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
llI3I1, nor any other person fun1ishing labor or materials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, =roonly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials fun1ished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonot~y
in accordance with the requirerre:nts of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Corrrronwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
