STIPUIATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Hares Building Corrpany, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necessary
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, Lot 545, The Highlands of Harrpden Square, Phase VII,
Harrpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, TIlEREFDRE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the UIJdersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
mm, nor any other person f=ishing labor or rraterials to the said =tractor:
under this contract shall file a lien, camonly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials f=isbed to the said building or any part thereof.

This stipulation is rrade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Ccmronwealth of pennsylvania in such case provided.
