STIPUlATICN AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Hare,S Building Corrpany, a Pennsylvania Corporation of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Ccrrpany, Contractor, to provide naterials and perform labor necessary
for the construction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Swindon Lane, LDt 526, The Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase VI,
Hampden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, 'IHEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or naterial
lll3I1, nor any other person furnishing labor or naterials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, ccmronly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or naterials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is nade and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with tJ;1e requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the Comronwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WI1NESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
