COMPLAINT FOR JUDGMENT BY CONFESSION PURSUANT TO
PENNSYLVANIA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 2951, ET SEQ.
Plaintiff, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., by its attorney, William A. Duncan, files
this Complaint in Confession of Judgment.
1. Plaintiff, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., is a Pennsylvania banking
Corporation existing under the laws ofthe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its
principal place of business located at 1415 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Velvet Gardens, Inc., with a last known address of 783 Longs
Gap Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
3. On or about September 16, 1998, Defendant Velvet Gardens, Inc., by its
President, Joanna Brown, entered into a Promissory Note in favor of Plaintiff, Keystone
Financial Bank, N.A., in the original principal amount of Twenty Thousand and 00/100
($20,000.00) Dollars. A true and correct copy of the Note, which contains the Warrant of
Attoruey upon which this judgment is confessed, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is a
part herrof.
4. Defendant Velvet Gardens, Inc., has defaulted in this obligation under the
Note by failing to make its February 2000 and March 2000, payments of principal and
interest due thereunder the terms of the said Note.
5. Pursuant to the Note, judgment may be entered against Defendant Velvet
Gardens, Inc., for all monies due without notice or demand.
6. Pursuant to the Note, and by reason of Defendant Velvet Gardens, Inc., 's
default, the following amounts are currently due and owing Plaintiff Keystone Financial
Bank, N.A., by Velvet Gardens, Inc., Defendant.

indebtedness remains unpaid.

7. There has been no assignment of the Note.
8. Judgment has not been entered on the Note in any other jurisdiction.
9. Pursuant to the Note, $ 16,199.84 is currently due and owing Plaintiff
Keystone Financial Bank, N. A. from Defendant Velvet Gardens, Inc., and Defendant
Velvet Gardens, Inc., has failed to pay the amount due.
WHEREFORE, PlaintitT Keystone Financial Bank, N.A. request that judgment be
entered in its favor and against Defendant Velvet Gardens, Inc., in the sum of $16,199.84
and all costs of suit.
