AGREEMENT TO REVIVE
The undersigned, the defendants, Fred E. Jumper and
Cheryl L. Jumper, agree that the Judgment entered on May 15, 1995
to No. 95-2619 civil Term be revived and the lien continued and
authorizes the Prothonotary to enter and index a Judgment of
Revival in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00)
Dollars, together with interest, costs of suit and counsel fees
as provided in the Judgment Note dated May 12, 1995.
