STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, S & A Homes entered into a contract with
Patrick E. Riley and Joan K. Riley to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and
ereci:ion-orthe alteration and repair ofu(a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in South Middleton 'Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials ~o the saia
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a"mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or, any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey prepared by John K. Bixler,
ill, R. S., dated April 9, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds. for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 77, Page 141 revised October 19, 1998, as follows: .
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern right-of-way line of Arlington Drive at
comer of Lot No. 41, Section 2-B, on plan of Forgedale Crossing; thence along Lot No. 41,
North 03 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds West 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now
or formerly of Eastern Development & Planning, Inc. North 86 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds
East 100.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 39, Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing, South
03 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds East 150.00 feet to an iron pin on northern right-of-way line of
Arlington Drive; thence along said northern right-of-way line of Arlington Drive, South 86
degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds West 100.00 feet to an iron pin at Lot No. 41, Section 2-B, the
Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 15,000.00 square feet and designated as Lot No. 40, Section 2-B of Plan
ofForgedale Crossing.
