STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 10th day of April 2000, by and
between FALCON HOMES, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
CLARENCE M. LENKER AND KANDI L. LENKER, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as OWners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected ~nd construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate 1n Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 210
Meadow Lane, (Lot #1 Lisburn Meadows South) Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by OWner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic'S liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselveS, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquiSh the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic'S liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain tract ofland situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as follows:
Lot No.1 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Lisburn Meadows Estates - South,
recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 75, Page 128, et seq., the metes and bounds description
as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument along the southern right of way line of
Lisburn Road; thence along the Lisburn Road South 72 degrees 58 minutes 28
seconds East a distance of 203.56 feet to a concrete monument along an unopened
right of way; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc
length of 78.49 feet and a delta of 89 degrees 56 minutes and 25 seconds to a point;
thence along said unopened right of way South 17 degrees 03 minutes 19 seconds
West a distance of 93.15 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the left having a radius
of 350.00 feet, an arc length of 73.54 feet and delta of 12 degrees 02 minutes 19
seconds to a point; thence South .05 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds West a distance
of 229.95 feet to a point along the dividing line between Lot No.1 and Lot No.2 of
said subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line North 84 degrees 59 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 210.419 feet to a point; thence North 05 degrees 01
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 495.66 feet to a concrete monument along the
southern right of way line of Lisburn Road, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.1 of said subdivision and containing 2.36 acres.
BEING the same premises which Kronenberg and Group, by Deed dated January
13, 2000, which Deed is recorded im the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 214, Page 972, granted and conveyed to Clarence
M. Lenker and Kandi L. Lenker, husband and wife, Borrowers herein.
