COMPLAINT FOR PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY
AND NOW, COMES, the Plaintiff, Kristie Robenseifner, by and through her attorney,
William C, Felker, files this Complaint for Custody, and in support thereof, avers as follows:
I, Plaintiff is Kristie Robenseifner, an adult individual residing at 162 121h Street,
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070,
2, Defendant is Craig Anderson, an adult individual residing at 251 Conewago
Drive, Dover, Pennsylvania 17315,
3, Plaintiff seeks primary physical and shared legal custody of the following child:

Dover, Pennsylvania 17315,

4, The relationship of plaintiff to the child is that of mother, Plaintiff currently
resides with the child and Jamie Quesenberry, roommate,
5, The relationship of defendant to the child is that of father, Defendant currently
resides alone,
6, Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in other
litigation concerning the custody of the child in this or another court,
Plaintiff has information of a custody proceeding concerning the child pending in
a court of this Commonwealth, The court, term and number, and its relationship to this action is:
Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania, No, 2000SU-01488-03. Defendant on
March 27, 2000 filed a Complaint for Primary Physical Custody concerning the child, Plaintiff,
objecting to venue, has filed Preliminary Objections to defendant's complaint.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the
child,

7, The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the
relief requested because Plaintiff, since the child's birth, has always and continues to act as
child's primary caretaker,
S, Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been tenninated and the
person who has physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this action,
WEEREFORE, Plaintiff, Kristie Robenseifuer, respectfully requests this
Honorable Court to grant her primary physical custody of the child, grant defendant rights of
partial physical custody, and direct that the parties share legal custody of the child.
