ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the
Township of South Middleton, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern legal right-of-way line of
South Pin Oak Drive at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and
2 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence
along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and 2, South 84
degrees 48 minutes East a distance of 220.47 feet to a point on
East Springville Road; thence in and through East Springville
Road, South 6 degrees 1 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of
194.14 feet to a point in said Springville Road at the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing line between
Lots Nos. 3 and 4, North 84 degrees, 48 minutes West 217.65 feet
to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of South Pin Oak
Drive; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of South Pin
Oak Drive, North 5 degrees 12 minutes East, a distance of 194.12
feet to a point on the same at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 3 and 2 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots
