MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are David 1. Hittie and
Robin M. Hittie with an address at the following:
Lot on Channel Drive
Carlisle, PA 17013
Tax Parcel # 29-17-1581-051

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

MADE THE 12th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred ninety-five
(1995).
BETWEEN JOSEPH W. BARIC and BEULAH I. BARIC, husband and wife, of Lower
Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, parties of the first part,
Grantors,
and DAVID L. mTTIE and ROBIN M. HITTlE, husband and wife, of North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, parties of the second part,
Grantees:
WITNESSETH, ' that in consideration of Eight Thousand and no1100 .n
($8,000.00) .~. Dpllars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, as tenants by
the entirety,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of iand consisting of two parts situate in North
Middleton Thwnship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described, as follows:
LOT NO.1: Lot No. 32 and the western one-half of Lot No. 31 in the Plan of Lots known
as Plan 0 f Green Meadows, said,Plan being recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office
in Plan Book 3, Page 110, and said abo,ve-described property having a frontage of l~feet on
Township Road T-492 known as Channel'Drive which is erroneously referred,to.in the hereinafter
, ~entioned deed as being Green Meado::", Drive, and extends ~n d~th therefrom at an even w.idth a
distance of 100 feet to the northern Side of ''I channel which IS erroneously referred to In the
hereinafter mentioned deed as being a 16-fpot driveway or channel.
IT IS to be noted that Tract No. 4 in the hereinafter mentioned deed erroneously recites that
the premises known as 113 Channel Drive is erected on Lot No. I when in fact no improvements
are erected on Lot No. I and the house known as 113 Channel Drive is erected on the adjoining
Lot No. 30 and a portion of Lot No. 31 which is the property heretofore conveyed by the within
Grantors to Shirley J. Harclerod~. hy deed dated December 14, 1984.

LOT NO.2:, BEGINNING at a stake on the southern side'of the channel referred to in
Lot No. I above, said stake being at the extension of the western line of Lot No. 32 referred to
above; thence in a southerly directiolnlong the extension thereof a distance ,of 185 feet to a stake
on the northern side of the ConOdoguinet CIeek; thence in an eastern direction along the northern
side of said CIeek a distance of 75 feet to a stake at line of land fonnerly of Melvin S. Lay and
wife and later of Shirley J. Harclerode; thence in a northerly direction along line of said land
formerly of Melvin S. Lay and wife, and later of Shirley J. Harclerode adistaoce of 185 feet to a
stake on the southern line of said channel; thence in a western direction along the same a distance
of75 feet to a stake at the Place of BEGINNING.
IT IS to be noted that the above description supposes Channel Drive to run from east to
west and the above-described lots of land to J11n from north to south.
THERE ARE no improvements on the above-described two lots of land.
THE ABOVE-described two lots of land are conveyed under and subject to a storm water
easement in favor of the Township of North Middleton granted by Beulah I. Baric and husband
by instrument dated December 14, 1984, and recorded In the hereinafter named Recorder's Office.
THE ABOVE-described two lots of land are all of Tract No.4 which Beulah I Baric and
husband by deed dated May 23, 1983, and recorded May 23, 1983, in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "E", Volume 30,
Page 803, granted and conveyed to Joseph W. Baric and Beulah 1. Baric. husband and wife,
Grantors herein.
