Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are John W. Haulman
and Ruth N. Haulman with an address at the following:
89 Channel Drive
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~710l et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

RUTH N. PAULUS, now by reason of marriage, RUTH
N. HAULMAN, and JOHN W.HAULMAN" husband and
wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantors)
and JOHN W. HAULMAN and RUTH N. HAULMAN, husband
and wife, of North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantees)
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00)
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their
heirs and assigns as tenants by the entireties.
ALL THOSE CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, pennsyvlania, bounded and described
as follows:
PARCEL NO.1: BEGINNING at a stake on the East side of Channel
Drive; thence by the same, South 36 degrees East 50 feet to a
stake; thence by land now or formerly of Peach Belle Stine, North
54 degrees East 150 feet to a stake; thency by the same, North 36
degrees West 50 feet to a stake; thence by land now or formerly of
J. Russell Barrick, South 54 degrees West 150 feet to the Place of
BEGINNING.
PARCEL NO.2: BEGINNING at a point on the Northeastern side of a
township road 33 feet wide, which point is 237 feet, measured
South 34 degrees 30 minutes East, from the Southeastern side of
Max Avenue, and at line of land now or formerly of C.K. Snyder;
thence by said land, North 55 degrees'30 minutes East 150.15 feet
to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Peach Belle Stine,
South 34 degrees 30 minutes East 50 feet to a point; thence by the
same, South 55 degrees 30 minutes West 150.15 feet to a point on
the Northeastern side of said Township Road; thence by said Road,
North 34 degrees 30 mintues West 50 feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Earl E. Paulus and Ruth N. Paulus,
by deed dated April 27, 1990 and recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 34-N
Page 565, granted and conveyed to Ruth N. Paulus and John W.
Haulman, Grantors herein.

PARCgL NO.3: TRACT NO.1: Lot No. 19 on the Plan of Lots known
as Green Meadows, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 3,
Page 110; having a frontage of 50 feet and a depth of 125 feet,
more or less, to the Channel of the Creek in the rear; and
together with the right of free and uninterrupted ingress and
egress to the Channel of the Creek.
TRACT No.2: Situate directly across the Channel of the Creek
from Tract No. 1 hereinabove described, containing 50 feet along
said Channel on the north 174 feet, more or less, on the west 50
feet along said creek on the South and 175 feet, more or less, on
the east.
BEING improved with a frame dwelling house known as No. 89 Channel
Drive,
BEING the same premises which John W. Haulman and Ruth N. Paulus,
by deed dated March 5, 1990 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 34-L
Page 225, granted and conveyed to John W. Haulman and Ruth N.
Paulus, Borrowers herein.
THlS is a tax exempt conveyance between husband and wife and
husband, and wife.
