Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are David S. Wise and
Bonita M. Wise with an address at the following:

Carlisle, P A 17013

BEGINN1:NG at an iron pin in "the southeast corner of said lot and
at the corner formed'by the Creek Road and a 12 foot alley; thence along
the northerly side of said aller" south 86 degrees 30 minutes west 140
feet to the easterly side of a 6,foot lane; thenc~ along the side of the
lane, north 3 degrees 50 minutes east 88 feet to an iron pin at lot now
or formerly of Charles Nickel; ~hence by the side of lot formerly of
Charles,Nickel, north 86 degrees '30 minutes east 140.10 feet, more or
less, ,to the westerly side of the Cr~ek Road; thence along the sid~ of
the Creek ;toad', south' 3 degrees 50 minutes east 88 feet to corne,r of the
aforesaid 12' foot alley, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a one story dwelling house known as 9 Channel
Drive. Carlisle, Pa.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use the 16 foot lane for ingress and
egress and also together with the riparian rights to the use of the
waters of the Conodoguinet Creek opposite the front of' said lot along
the Creek Road. Subject, however, to the restrictions that no garage
or other building shall be erected or maintained nearer than 10 feet to
the side of said 16 foot lane .described above.
BEING the same lot of 'ground which Robert H., Miller, by Agnes C.
Miller, his attorney-in-fact., .and Agnes C. Miller, his wife, by their
deed bearing date the 16th of September, 1952, said deed being recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania; in Deed Book "B", Vol. 15, page 545, gr!lnted
and conveyed unto Paul A. Brehm and Mary C. Brehm, husband and wife,
'grantors herein. , ,
TOGETHER with all the right,' title and interest of the grantors,and
any right to use same, in and to all that certain adjoining 12 foot alley
referred to above and as more fully described in a deed from Peach Belle
Stine, Robert Stringfellow and Helena Virginia Stx ingfellow, his wife,
to said grantors,' dated June 16, 1962 and recorde.; in the Office of the
