The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

Act, 53 P.S. g7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$5,800.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs offiling
are also claimed.

whereof is hereby acknowledgecl, the Grantors do hereby grant
and convey to the said Grantee:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, the Southeastern intersection of Max Avenue
and Channel Drive; thence by the Southern side of Max Avenue,
North 54 degrees East 150 feet to a point; thence by land now
or formerly of Carlisle Area School District, South 36 degrees
East 186.9 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of

BEING improved with a brick ranch style dwelling house with
attached garage known as No. 94 Channel Drive.
BEING the same premises which Mac E. Barrick and Jean Barrick,
also known as Jean D. Barrick, by their deed dated March 12,
1981 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Cumberland
County on March 12, 1981 in Book I-29, Page 336, granted and
conveyed unto Minnie D. Fahnestock, the said Minnie D.
Fahnestock died testate on December 7, 1995, and her Last Will
And Testament was dUly probated in the Register of Wills Office
of Cumberland County, indexed to No. 00938 of 1995. In her
Last Will And Testament, she devised her real estate to be sold
and appointed Ruth N. Haulman al)d Minnie E. Rowe, as
Co-Executrixes of her Last Will And Testament who are the
Grantors herein.
TOGETHER
with

all
singular,
the
tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
on any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and also all of the estate, right, ,title and interest, property,
claim or demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said
party of the first part, of, in, to or out of the said premises,
and every part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said granted premises, to the said
Robert A. Hoagland, his heirs, executors and assigns forever.
