Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Brenda A. Sorresso
with an address at the following:
4 Clearview Avenue
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit 'W'.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.
This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,550.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of fling
are also claimed.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of NINETY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND NO 00/100 ($92,500.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantee, her heirs
and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with the
improvements erected thereon bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West side of Clearview Avenue said
point being at corner of lands conveyed by O. Reed Snook and
Mable I. Snook, his wife unto Robert D. Shaffner, Jr.; thence on
a line parallel to the division line between Lot No. 10 and Lot
No. 11 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots known as Hill
Top Manor South 67 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 155 feet
more or less to a point on the Eastern Line of Lot No 8 on said
plan; thence by Lot No. 8 on said Plan North 34 degrees 6 minutes
West a distance of 53.18 feet to a point; thence by Lot No. 7
North 40-degrees 46 minutes West 28.08 feet to a point; thence by
Lot No. 13 North 1 degree 51 minutes East 35.22 feet to a point;
thence by the division line between Lots Nos. 12 and 14 North 67
degrees 30 minutes East 163.39 feet to -a point on the West side
of Clearview Avenue; thence by the West side of Clearview Avenue

South 22 degrees 30 minutes East 110 feet to a point and the
PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEING ALL of Lot No. 12 and the Western 20 feet of Lot No. 11 on
the Plan of Lots known as Hill Top Manor, said plan being duly
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 11, Page 39.
BEING the same premises which O. Reed Snook and Mable I. Snook,
his wife, by their Deed dated September 24, 1965, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book T-21, Page 14, granted and conveyed
unto William F. Cunningham and Phyllis W. Cunningham, his wife,
Grantors herein.
SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the Building and Use Covenants,
Restrictions and conditions imposed upon the land shown on the
said Plan of Lots and recorded therewith.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant generally the
property hereby conveyed.
