Smithmyer and Teresa M. Smithmyer with an address at the following: 17 Green Meadow Drive Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". "",',,' ~ '^= - ,<" 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. g7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $3,730.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing are also claimed.
