MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Bradley C. Mitchell
and Carol K. Mitchell with an address at the following:
277 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$5,800.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs offiling
are also claimed.

BEGINNING at a point in the center of Long's Gap Road at a corner of
land now or late of J. Mac Stine, said point being 4500 feet, more
or less, North of the center line of state Highway Route No. 34;
thence extending from said point of beginning along the center of
Long's Gap Road, North 16 degrees 46 minutes West, 201.4 feet to a
point at corner of land now or late of Archie Morrison; thence along
said land and along a fence line North 68 degrees 7 minutes East
467.8 feet to a post in line of land now or late of J. Mac Stine;
thence along said land South 17 degrees 58 minutes East, 181.7 feet
to an iron pin; thence still along said land South 65 degrees 47
minutes west, 473.7 feet to the first mentioned point and place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2 acres and 20 perches of land being the same, more or
less.
BEING the same premises which Charles Arthur Kadel, Jr., and Helen
L. Kadel, his wife, conveyed to Gerald F. Hoover and carolyn E.
Hoover, his wife, Grantors herein, by deed dated April 6, 1968,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Deed Book S, Volume 22, Page 906.
