Clinton and Nancy F. Clinton with an address at the following: 710 Longs Gap Road Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". r 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $7,000.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing are also claimed.
