MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Michael J. Clinton
and Nancy F. Clinton with an address at the following:
710 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.
This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $7,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

BETWEEN GUST GEORGE FOURLAS and DEBRA P. FOURLAS, husband and
wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania hereinafter
(Grantors)
and MICHAEL J. CLINTON and NANCY F. CLINTON, husband and
wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania hereinafter
(Grantees)
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Seventy Thousand
($70,000.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the
said grantees, their heirs and assigns as tenants by the
entireties.
ALL THOSE CERTAIN two tracts of land with improvements thereon
erected situate in North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO. 1: BEGINNING at a point in the center of the public
road known as the Long's Gap Road which point is a corner of lands
now or formerly of Abram N. Lehman and Mary E. Lehman; thence by
the center of said public road, South 17 degrees 45 minutes East,
a distance of 185 feet to a point in line of land of Carl W.
Lehman and Isabel G. Lehman; thence along lands of the latter,
South 72 degrees 15 minutes West, a distance of 200 feet to a
point in line of land of said Carl W. Lehman and Isabel G. Lehman;
thence along land of said Carl W. Lehman and Isabel G. Lehman,
North 17 degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of 185 feet to a
point in line of other land of said Abram N. Lehman and Mary E.
Lehman; thence along said other land of said Abram N. Lehman and
Mary E. Lehman, North 72 degrees 15 minutes East, a distance of
200 feet to a point in the center of the aforesaid public road,
the Place of BEGINNING.
TRACT NO. 2: BEGINNING at a point in the center of the public
road known as the Long's Gap Road, which point is a corner of land
now or formerly of Abram N. Lehman and Mary E. Lehman; thence by
the center of said public road, South 17 degrees 45 minutes East,
a distance of 15 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly
of Abram N. Lehman and Mary E. Lehman; thence along said land of
Abram N. Lehman and Mary E. Lehman,,South.72 degrees 15 minutes
West, a distance of 200 feet to a point in„line of land of said
