Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Joan D. Sweger with
an address at the following:
715 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~710l et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $5,800.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Township, Cumberland County"Ponnsylvania, bounded and described
as fa llows :

BEGINNING at a point"the intcrsection of the center lines of Longs Gap
Road, L.R. 21072, and Glen Road, T-497, (now known as Creek Road) as
shown on the Plan No.1 of Hill Top ~fanor dated November ,9, 1959 and
recorded in tho Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan
Book 11, page 39; thence by the center line of Longs Gap Road North
22 degrees 30 minutes West 205.0 feet to the line dividing Lots Nos.
26 and 27 as shown on said Plan; thence by said dividing line North
67 degrees 30 minutes East 166.50 feet to a point: thence by the
western line of Lot No. 29, South 22 degrees 30 minutes East 197.73
feet to tho center line of Glen Road, now known as Creek Road; thence
by said center line of Glen Road South 65 degrees 00 minutes West
166.66 feet to the place of Beginning.
BEING Lots Nos. 27 and 28 on Plan No.1 of Hill Top Manor as aforesaid,
and improved with a split level brick dwelling and attached garage.
BEING part of the same premises which Albert E. Lewis and Ruth M.
Lewis by deed dated August 31, 1959 and recorded in Cumberland County
Deed Book 19 "J" 89, granted and conveyed unto Arthur R. Klingler
'and Gladys E. 'Klingler, husband and wife. The said Arthur R. Klingler.
and Gladys E. Klingler.having died simultaneously on July 20, 1972,

'intestate, Letters of Administration on the Estate of Arthur R. K1ing1e ,
deceased, were granted by the Register of, Wills of Cumberland County
to Farmers Trust Company and DonaldR. Klingler, two of the Grantors
herein, and .Letters of Administration on the Estate of Gladys E. Kling1 r,
deceased, were granted by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
to Farmers Trust Company, a Grantor herein.
This conveyance is made pursuant to the provisions of
Sec. 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended.
