RUPP and JOAN RUPP, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Samuel E. Rupp and Joan Rupp with an address at the following: 718 Longs Gap Road Carlisle, P A 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". - ~ , .. . 'd ...: ,~ 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. ~7l0l et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $3,325.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing are also claimed. Klingler, North 72 degrees 50 minutes East 200.00 feet to a point in the center of Longs Gap Road; thence by the center of said Road, South 17 degrees 10 minutes East 100.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING. SAID premises nOW being known and numbered as 718 Longs Gap Road. BEING the same premises that Farmers Trust Company and Donald R. Klingler, Administrators of the Estate of Arthur R. Klingler, and Farmers Trust Company, Administrator of the Estate of Gladys E. Klingler, by their'deed dated July 2, 1973, and recorded in the Office of Recorder'of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at Deed Book G, Volume 25, Page 67, granted and conveyed to John E. Suffel and Shirley J.
