MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Samuel E. Rupp and
Joan Rupp with an address at the following:
718 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7l0l et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,325.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

WITNESSETH,that in consideration of Eighty-Seven Thousand Five
Hundred ($87,500.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby, grant and convey to
the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, as tenants by the
entirety: '
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with improvements thereon erected
situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described pursuant to a survey made by Tom
O. Bietsch, R.S., in March 1959, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Longs Gap Road, said point
being 120 feet, more or less, in a Northerly direction along the
center of said Road from the center of the intersection of said Road
with Township Road T-497; thence by land now or formerly of William
Geiman, South 72 degrees 50 minutes West 200.00 feet to a point;
thence by land of Carl W. Lehman et ux North 17 degrees 10 minutes
West 100.00 feet to a point; thence by other land of Arthur R. and
Gladys E. Klingler, North 72 degrees 50 minutes East 200.00 feet to
a point in the center of Longs Gap Road; thence by the center of
said Road, South 17 degrees 10 minutes East 100.00 feet to the place
of BEGINNING.
SAID premises nOW being known and numbered as 718 Longs Gap Road.
BEING the same premises that Farmers Trust Company and Donald R.
Klingler, Administrators of the Estate of Arthur R. Klingler, and
Farmers Trust Company, Administrator of the Estate of Gladys E.
Klingler, by their'deed dated July 2, 1973, and recorded in the
Office of Recorder'of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, at Deed Book G, Volume 25, Page 67, granted and
conveyed to John E. Suffel and Shirley J. Suffel, his wife, Grantors
herein.
