Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth, of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed Joanne Brown with an
address at the following:
783 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~710l et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a survey and Plan thereof made by Thomas A. Neff,
Registered Surveyor, dated December 20, 1973, as follows:.
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Long's Gap Road,
Pennsylvania, Legislative Route No. 21072, said point being 120
feet South of the Southern line of Hillcrest Avenue; thence extending
along land of Wayne Caleman, being Lot No. 12 on the hereinafter
mencion..d pia.. of lots :lorth 72 deere",,, 30 minutes East 160 feet to
a point in line of land of Robert Carpenter; thence alOtlg said lai1d
South 17 degrees 30 minutes East 60 feet to a corner of land of Jamea
Eberly; thence along said land being Lot No. 14 on said Plan, South
72 degrees 30 minutes West 160 feet to a point in the center line of
Long's.Gap Road aforesaid; thence along said center line North 17 '
degrees 30 minutes West 60 feet to the point and place of ~EGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 13 on a plan of lots laid out by Amos D. Keck which
sa~d plan is recorded in Plan Book 4, Page 52, Cumberland County
records.
HAVING thereon erected a one story frame dwelling.
BEING the same premises which George R. Meister and Nellie E. Meister
by their deed dated June 13, 1978 and recorde,d June 26, 1978 in and
