MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Dennis E. Thomas
with an address at the following:
Lot Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, P A 17013
Tax Parcel # 29-17-1581-012

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,325.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Works Bridge over the Conodoguinet Creek in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, PennsylvAnia, bounded and described as follows,
BEGINNING at a p,oint in the center of the Longs Gap Road aforesaid at the
earner of land 'to be conveyed to William Orris" by J. Mae Stine and
Peach Belle Stine, hia wife, according to the deed recorded in Cumberland
County Deed Book "PIl, Vol. 12, Page 559. and referred to hereafter: thence
along the line of the Orris lot North 59 degrees 40 minutes East 474.2
feet, more or leaa, to a atake at the edge of the bluff and other land
now or 'formerly of J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine, his wife; thence
along the line of land now or formerly of J, Mac Stine and Peach Belle
Stine, South 27 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet to a stake at the corner
of land "to be conveyed to Trayer" by J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine,
his wife, according to the deed recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book
"p", Vol. 12, Page 559, and referred to herafter; thence along the line
of the Trayer lot South 59 degrees 40 minutes West 465 feet more of less,
to a point in the center of the Longs Gap Road aforesaid; thence along the
center of the said Longs Gap Road North 32 degrees 34 minutes Weat 100
feet, more or leaa, to the place of Beginning, Said lot containing one
(1) acre more or leaa.
BEING the same premiaea which J. Mae Stine and Peach Belle Stine, his wife,
by their deed dated January 13, 1942, and recorded in Cumberland County
Deed Book "P", Vol. 12, Page 559, granted and conveyed unto John A. Foltz,
srantor herein.
