MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Jackson M. Smith
and Geraldine W. Smith with an address at the following:
Lot 21 Longs Gap Road
Carlisle, P A 17013
Tax Parcel # 29-17-1581-006

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~71Ol et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,925.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Being part of the lands which Frank F. Speck and Florence H. Speck,
Husband and Wife, by Deed dated March 15, 1934 ~nd recorded in Deed
Soak 11 K at Paq8 474 in tho aforomentioned office, granted and con-
veyed to J. Mac Stino and Peach Belle Stine, Husband and Wife. Said
J. Mac Stine deceased February 12, 1955, thus vesting title in Peach
Belle Stine by survivorship. Said Peach Belle Stine deeensed August 11
1966, leaving a last will and testament duly probated and rscorded in
Will llook 57 at Page 470 in ths office of the Registrar of Wills for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Sa:f.d will devised a specific devise
not here relevant and the residue of her real estnte to her two 80n8,
