Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed Katherine Strong with an
address at the following:

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7l01 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $4,450.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

No. 41 as shown on said Plan, South 67 degrees 30 minutes west
162.00 feet to a point; thence by the eastern line of Bellaire

27, 1964. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of

grnnted and conveyed to LeRoy strong and Katherine J. strong,
husband and wife. Le Roy Strong died July 17. 1994, thua vesting
all right, title and :f.nterest :f.n thin property by operation of
law in his surviving Spollse':, Kat,herine ,J. strong, Orantor herein.
This deed from widow to herself, for no actual cons:f.derat:f.on
and to correct the title holder of record, is thus exempt from
pennsylvania and similar realty transfer taxea.
SlJBJECT. nevertheless, to the building and use covenants,
restrictions and conditions applicable to the plan of Lots of
Hill Top Kanor as recorded therewith. as follows:
1. No livestock. fowl or animals of any kind or nature
other than pets as defined by ordinary usage shall be kept or
maintained on any lot. '
2. No buildings or parts of buildings including porches
shall be erected on any lot, fronting on the Long's Oap Road
(Legislative Route No. 21072) and Olen road (Townsh:f.p Road T-497)
nearer the center line of sa:f.d roads than 55 feet and on all
other lots nearer the center line of the Avenue as shown on said
Plan than 55 feet nor closer than 6 feet to the adjoining lot
lines.
3. No dwelling (other than a single family dwelling) shall
be .erected on any lot except Lot No. 9 on which a four-family
apartment house may be constructed or maintained.
4. No single family dwelling shall be erected on any lot
costing less than $12,000.00 based on Kay 1960 prices.
5. No temporary structures, trailers or other temporary
living guarters shall be constructed or maintained on any lot.
6. All dwellings erected on any of said lots shall be
completed within one year from the date construction is
conunenced.

7. No ceaspools or outside toilets shall be permitted on
any lot.
8. No billboards shall be erected or maintained or any
other forms of advertising permitted except "For Sale" or "For
Rent" signs.
9. No structure shall be constructed of concrete, cement or
cinder block unless the same is covered with siding or encased in
brick or stone.
10. Oarages and other outbu:f.ldings erected on any lot shall
be of design and material so as to harmonize and conform with the
dwelling house or apartment.
