Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P ,C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Patrick J. Glinski
and Christine A. Glinski with an address at the following:
11 Maple Avenue
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~71Ol et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

BETWEEN DAVID L. HURSTON and RUTH A. HURSTON, husband and wife,
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantors,
and PATRICK J.GLINSKI and CHRISTINE A. GLINSKI, husband and wife,
of cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantees,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Ninety-Nine Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($99,350.00) in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do
hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs a'nd
assigns as tenants by the entireties:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon
erected situate on the North side of Maple Avenue in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Maple Avenue (33
feet wide) at corner of other property of Arthur R. Klinger and
Gladys E. Klinger, his wife; thence along Maple Avenue, South 53
degrees 30 minutes West 110 feet to a point in Lot No. 52, on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence through Lot No. 52,
North 32 degrees 41 minutes West 150.33 feet to a point; thence
North 53 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet to a point; thence
South 36 degrees 30 minutes East 150 feet to the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 53 and a small triangular strip of Lot No. 52
having a base of 10 feet on Maple Avenue on Plan No. 2 of Hilltop
Manor dated May 27, 1964 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 18, Page 77.
SUBJECT to restrictions contained in Deed Book "W", Vol. 31, Page
22.
BEING the same premises which Eugene N. Dunning, Jr. and Tamara
J. Dunning, by deed dated July 10, 1992 and recorded July 20,
