MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Stephen W. Brouwer
and Susan D. Rose with an address at the following:

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~710l et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

ALL that certain lot of land situate in Bellaire Park, North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with the improvements thereon erected
bounded and deseribed as follows:
R.
BEING improved with a one-story dwelling.
BEING composed of the same premises which Richard R. and Helen'M. Kaseeta
granted and conveyed unto Francis 8. Myers and Esther R. Myers, husband and
wife, by the following two deeds: (1) Deed dated May 27, 1961, and recorded in
Cumberland County Deed Book 20 "E" 11~9; (2) Deed dated July 7, 1962, and
recorded 1n Cumberland County Deed Book 20 "Olt 61.11.1. The said Francis B. Myers
died November 10, 198~, thus vesting title by survivorship in Esther R, Myer's
who died December 6, 19B~, leaving a Last Will and Testament duly probated and
remaining of record in the Office of the Register of Wills in Will Book
Page , wherein she appointed her two sons, Clyde P. Myers and George-W:-
Myers:-SS her Executors.
THIS Conveyance is made pursuant to Section 3351 of the Probate, Estates and
fiduciaries Code of Pennsylvania.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over the private road mentioned above for
purpose of ingress, egress and regress to and from saId tract of land by the
grantees herein, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns at all times
and forever.
