MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Gayle W. Fry with an
address at the following:
371 Spencer Baird Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed,

ALL that certain lot of land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the western side of Spencer Baird Drive
at the northwestern corner of land now or formerly of Edgar Salisbury,
Jr. et UXj
Thence along the western side of said Spencer Baird Drive. South
24 degrees 35 minutes East, 100.00 feet to a stake;
Thence .along other land ot the grantor South 64 dggrees 05 minutes
10 seconds West, 260.00 feet to a stake at the Conodoguinet Creek;
Thence along said Creek North 18 degrees 50 .minutes West.100.OO
feet to an iron pin;
Thnnce along said Salisbury land North 63 degrees 55 minutes
East, 25J.00 teet to a stRke, the place of beginning.
The above courses and distances are in accordance with the
survey of said lot made by Thomas A. Neff, registered surveyor,
July 20, 1973.
BE:LNG a part of the land acquired by Richard R. Kaseeta and
Helen M. Kaseeta, his wite, in a deed dated August 26, 1933, same
being recorded in the Office ot the Recorder of Deeds for Cumbe~land
County in Deed Book K, Volume 15, Page 113. Richard R. Kaseeta tiied

TOGETHER with a right ot way for purposes of ingress., egr.ess,
