Associates, P.S., dated March 12, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 74, Page 140, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in southem right of way line of Hope Terrace at corner of other lands
now or formerly of William 1. Brunner; thence along lands now or formerly of William J.

Cumberland County in Deed Book "H", Volume 27, Page 94.
BEING part of the same premises which James B. Stodart and Judith B. Stodart, his wife,
granted and conveyed to William 1. Brunner and Nancy 1. Brunner, his wife, Mortgagors herein,
by deed dated August 21, 1992 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County in Deed Book "V", Volume 35, Page 63 L
BEING part of the same premises which Barry E. Walters and Susan 1. Walters, his
