provide materials andlor periorm labor necessary ior the construction and
erection or 'the alteration and repai::;;i (a) building(s) u-pon those cerc:ain
pieces or parcels of land sit:utated in WEST PENNSBORO . Townshi-p,
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING, SITUATE AT 402 CROSS ROAD SCHOOL ROAD. CARLISLE

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and bet:".;een the said
parties, as part of the said, cont::act and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any othe,r -person furnishing labor or materials t,o the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a"mechanic's
