STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Derek J. Markel and Chelsie D. Markel, (Owners) of Mt.
Holly Springs, Pennsylvania have executed a contract, with Snider
and Miller Builders for the erection of a home situate on real
estate in West Pennsboro Township, more particularly bounded and
described on the attached Exhibit nAn.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by Contractor, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor,
or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for a ny labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County
Pennsylvania bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan of Greystone Acres consisting of 9
(9) sheets prepared by Louis J. Harford, Registered Surveyor, dated June 14, 1996, a copy of which was recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder's office in Plan Book 72, Page 70, which Plan is incorporated herein by reference,
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of 50 feet wide Kengrey Drive at the dividing line between
lots numbers 41 and 42; thence from said point at the Place of BEGINNING along the southern line of said Kengrey
Drive, South 77 degrees 05 minutes, 46 seconds East a distance of 137.29 feet to a point; thence still along the
southern line of said 50 feet wide Kengrey Drive by a curve to the left an arc distance of 105.00 feet to a point at the
dividing line between lots numbers 40 and 41; thence alonbg said dividing line between said lots numbers 40 and 41,
South 02 degrees 22 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of329.70 feet to a point in line'ofland now or formerly of
Dean E. and Nikki F. Chamberlin; thence along line of said land now or formerly of Dean E. and Nikki F.
Chamberlin North 76 degrees 56 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of328.45 feet to a point at the dividing line
between lots numbers 41 and 42; thence along said dividing line between said lots numbers 41 and 42, North 12
degrees 54 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of306.75 feet to a point on the southern line of 50 feet wide Kengrey
Drive at the Place of BEGINNING.
