STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 1tA,. day of ~I \~ ' 2000, by and
between KEITH McNAUGHTON GENERAL CONTRACTING & MO ULAR HOME SALES,
of Shermansdale, Perry County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred
to as Contractor,
AND
CHARLES J. SNAVELY, SR. AND PAULA J. SNAVELY, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fUlly described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 2105
Valley Road, Enola, Cumberland County, PA 17025.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center ofthe State Highway leading to
Summerdale, known as Valley Street; thence along lands now or late of William
Raymond, north forty-two (42) degrees forty-four (44) minutes twenty (20) seconds
West two hundred eighty-eight and five-tenths (288.5) feet to a point; thence along
lands late of John Forney, south eighty (80) degrees forty-seven (47) minutes east,
five hundred four (504) feet to an iron pin in the center of Valley Street aforesaid;
thence by said Valley Street, south sixty three (63) degrees twenty (20) minutes west
one hundred forty-nine and four-tenths (149.4) feet to an iron pin in the center of
said Valley Street; thence by said Valley Street, south sixty-four (64) degrees fifty
(SO) minutes west one hundred thirty (130) feet to an iron pin in the center of said
Valley Street; thence by said Valley Street, south sixty-nine (69) degrees West One
Hundred Eighty (180) feet, more or less, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a one and one-half story shingle clad bungalow known as
No. 2105 Valley Street.
BEING the same premises which Linda J. Snavely, by Deed dated January 17,
2000, which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Deed Book 215, Page 338, granted and conveyed to Charles
J. Snavely and Paula J. Snavely, husband and wife, Borrowers herein. .
