STIPULATION
AND NOW, this 1 '1tday of ~ ~ \
, 2000, the undersigned,
Megan Sullivan and Anthony DaSilva, parties herein, hereby voluntarily and otherwise
knowingly agree to the following:
1. The parties shall have shared legal custody of the subject minor
child, Ariel D. DaSilva. They shall consult with each other relative to all important
decisions concerning the subject minor child, including such matters as health, education
and religion.
2. Plaintiff Megan Sullivan shall have primary physical custody of
the subject minor child,
3. Defendant Anthony DaSilva shall be entitled to reasonable and
liberal periods of visitation, with the exact details to be subject to the agreement and
express consent of Plaintiff/natural mother, Megan Sullivan.

4. During any period of custody or visitation the parties to this Order
shall not possess or use any controlled substance, neither shall they consume alcoholic
beverages to the point of intoxication. The parties shall likewise assure, to the extent
possible, that other household members and/or guests comply with this prohibition,
