ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Peunsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey prepared by
John K. Bixler, III, R.S., dated April 9, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 77, Page 141, revised October 19, 1998,
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western right-of-way line of Arlington Drive at comer
of Lot No. 49, Section B-2, on plan of Forgedale Crossing; thence along Lot No. 49,
North 89 degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds West 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along
lands now or fornlerly of Ralph C. Otto, North 00 degrees 32 minutes 34 seconds East
100.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 47, Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing,
South 89 degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds East 150.00 feet to an iron pin on western right-
of-way line of Arlington Drive; thence along said western right-of-way line of Arlington
