Hanger, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, entered into a contract with Carlson Construction Co., of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located: Lot 37 Harpers Ferry Way, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, PENNSYLVANIA, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (1) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. Edward Black and Associates, P.C., recorded with the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 72, Page 77 (the "Plan"). Said Lot 37 is more bounded and described, according to the Plan, as follows: COMMENCING from the intersection of the centerlines of Harpers Ferry Way (50 feet wide) and Shiloh Counrt (50 feet wide), along said centerline of Harpers Ferry Way South sixty-nine (69) degrees, thirty-six (36) minutes nineteen (19) seconds West, a distance of 7.92 feet to a point in centerline of Harpers Ferry Way; thence North twenty (20) degrees, twenty-three (23) minutes, forty-one (41) seconds West, a distance of25.00 feet to a point in the northerly line of Harpers Ferry Way, the point of beginning; thence South sixty-nine (69) degrees, thirty-six (36) minutes, nineteen (19) seconds West, a distance of 218.49 feet to a point in the northerly line of Harpers Ferry Way; thence along the easterly line of Lot No. 38 North twenty (20) degrees, twenty-three (23) minutes forty-one (41) seconds West, a distance of 115.30 feet to a point; thence along the easterly line of Lot No. 39 North forty-five (45) degrees, twenty-three (23) minutes, seven (07) seconds East, a distance of 239.57 feet to a point; thence along the westerly line of Lot No. 36 South twenty (20) degrees, twenty-three (23) minutes, forty-one (41) seconds East, a distance of213.59 feet to a point in the northerly line of Harpers Ferry Way, the point of BEGINNING.
