STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
The contractor and his subcontractors and suppliers do hereby fully and completely
waive and release, for themselves their heirs, successors and assigns, any and all claim of,
or right to mechanic's lien, against or with respect to, the premises described in the legal
description attached as Exhibit "A", or any part thereof, or any improvement thereon, or
with respect to the estate or interest of any person whatsoever in the said premises or
improvements thereon, or with respect to the estate or interest of any person whatsoever
in the said premises or improvements or any part thereof, or with respect to any material,
fixtures, apparatus or machinery furnished or to be furnished to the said premises, or with
respect to any moneys or other considerations which may be due at any time from the
owner to the contractor, which claim of lien might be asserted by reason of the doing,
making or furnishing, heretofore or at any time hereafter by the contractor, his successors,
assigns, materialmen, or subcontractors, of any labor, services, materials, fixtures,
apparatus, machinery, improvements, repairs or alteration in connection with the above
described premises or improvements thereon.
We further agree that the above described premises shall remain free of any
mechanic's liens, not only of the contractor but also of any and all of the subcontractors,
materialmen or laborers who may furnish any labor, material, services, fixtures, apparatus,
machinery, improvements, repairs or alterations in connection with the improvements.
made upon the below described property, whether such liens relate to the below-descnbed
premises or to any moneys or other considerations which may be due at any time hereafter
from the owner to the contractor, or from him or the contractor to any ofthe
subcontractors or to any of the subcontractors.

ALL the following real estate lying and being situate in West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at common point of Lots 24 & 25 in the line of Log Cabin
Road; thence by Log Cabin Road, North 35 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds West, 200.00
feet to a set iron pin at point of Lot 23; thence by Lot 23, North 54 degrees 21 minutes 14
seconds East, 440.00 feet to a set iron pin; thence continuing by Lot 23, South 35 degrees
38 minutes 46 seconds East, 200.00 feet to a set concrete monument at point of Lot 25;
thence by Lot 25, South 54 degrees 21 minutes 14 seconds West, 440.00 feet to a set iron
pin at point of Log Cabin Road, being the point and place of BEGINNING.
