hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
MUMTAZ HASHO AND AUGUSTINA HASHO, husband, and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on thE? certain lot of ground
situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in. Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #82
Calapatscink, Carlisle, C~mberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREF24ENT ~;ITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, foz itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or nde_
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buJld±ngs on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the '~
of lien, shall be an independent covenanE.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit::
BEGINNING at a point along the northern dedicated right of way line of McCoy
Lane at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 82 and 83; thence along said dividing
line North 10 degrees 50 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 342.48 feet to the
dividing line between Lots No. 1 and 82; thence along; said dividing line South 38
degrees 45 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 304.95 feet to a point along the
right of way line of Tioga Lane; thence along said right of way of Tioga Lane on a
curve to the left having a radius of 300.00 feet and an arc length of 26.94 feet to a
point; thence continuing along said right of way Sowth 46 degrees 05 minutes 45
seconds West a distance of 168.34 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right at
the intersection of McCoy Lane and Tioga Lane having: a radius of 20.00 feet and an
arc length of 27.72 feet to a point; thence along the right of way line of McCoy Lane
on a curve to the left having a radius of 225.00 feet and an arc length of 96.86 feet to
a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 82 on a Final Subdivision Phase Number Two of Callapatscink,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Plan Book 74, Page 141.
