with Fogarty Custom Homes and the further,I'Pysifleration
of One Dollar, to Fogarty Custom Homes paid by Robert B.&MarJone A. yooe
it is agreed that no lien shall be (iled against the b.uilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Map1ewood Lane (50'wide) at the
dividing line between lots No. 62 and No. 63 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along
the dividing line between lots No. 62 and No. 63 North 09 degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds West a distance
of 100.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots No. 35 and no. 36 future plan of Phase 4 and No.
