1, Pegan Day, want to appeal the Judgment / order dated March 24, 2000.
Upon my arrival at the Prothonotary Office on March 26, 2000, 1 was made aware that 1 was unfortunately
two days late with my appeal. I mistakenly used the Judgment date, March 28, 2000 per Susan Day's
signature at the bottom of the notice.(See attached) The clerk explained to me that I should have used the
Date of Judgmenl, March 24,2000.
My ex-husband is claiming $3,267.00 is money due him from me for bills acquired during the course of our
marriage. Our divorce was finalized and agreed upon on December 17, 1996. Per the attached, you will
see thaI there were no claims on record at the time of our settlement. Therefor, I feel that this is a mute
issue and judgment should be in my favor.
Thank you for your time in this matter. I pray that you will approve and except my appeallale, due to the
issue of the date of District Justice signature. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
