PETITION TO TAKE DEPOSITION
AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Roland B. Makle, by and through the undersigned
counsel, Leslie M, Fields, Esquire, respectfully representing the following:
I, An action between the above-captioned parties is pending before the Circuit
Court for Prince George's County, Maryland docketed to CAL97-22979,
2, By agreement of counsel for the parties, and pursuant to a Notice of Deposition, a
true and correct copy which is attached as Exhibit A, the deposition by oral examination and by
videotape recording ofRupali Roy, an adult individual residing at 4115 Lisa Drive, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, is scheduled to be taken on behalf of the Plaintiff on May 9, 2000 at 1 :00 p,m"
at the office of Costopoulos, Foster & Fields, 831 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania before
an officer authorized to administer oaths.
3, A subpoena is necessary to insure the appearance of the deponent, Rupali Roy.
4, Petitioner requests that a subpoena be issued requiring the appearance of the
