On June 1, 2000, garnishee was served at which time a levy
was made on all the personal property of Patrick L. Keiter. The defendant
was notified of this service and levy by regular mail on June 2, 2000.
On June 22, 2000 Sheriff Sale Bills were posted, scheduling
sale for ,July 27, 2000 at 2:00 pm and defendant was notified.
And now, July 27, 2000 at 2:00 pm, as advertised",sotd,'at
public sale the personal property of the defendant, being onq 1969 .Tan
Mobile Home, Serial No. 21994331010KE. Sold to Williams Grove Associates,
for the sum of $1. 00 , it being the highes t bid and best price quoted for
same.
Date and time of sale; Thursday, the 27th day of July 2000
at 2:00 pm at 1550 Williams Grove Rd., Lot #76, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.

AND NOW, this 13th day of June, 2000, this
matter having been called for hearing, the defendant's
claim for exemption is granted to the extent that his
$300.00 statutory exemption shall be paid in cash following
any sale of the property levied upon, should such sale
occur.
His request for an exemption with regard to
personal property is dismissed as moot, it appearing that
personal property has been given to the defendant's mother.
