WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Palmer Construction Co.. Inc., with offices at 188 Success Drive. Suite 100.
McConnellsburq. Pennsvlvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", entered into a contract with The
Beistle Company, with offices at One Beistle Plaza, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 17257, hereinafter
called "Owner", to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of The
Building 6, Phase II Addition, One Beistle Plaza, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, Contract No. 96-191
- General Construction in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
the same premises which Grace Bonebrake, by its Deed dated the 20th day of June, 1972, and
recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book Vol. 24, Page 350, granted and conveyed unto The Beistle Company with offices at One
Beistle Plaza, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be executed by their proper corporate officers, and their respective
corporate seals hereunto affixed, this "'2.,,0 day of /fJ.4 y , 2000.
